We created a user journey map, which grounded the content hierarchy. Wireframes were then created, tested and adapted ensuring the user’s behaviour and goals were inline. A prototype with the complete design and minimal interactions was then presented to Novo allowing them to provide feedback before advancing to the development stage. Development was undertaken with emphasis on SEO. On-page SEO strategies were carried out keeping inline with the keyword campaign. Rich snippets were also introduced to job posts allowing for more exposure in Google Search. Finally the performance of the site was taken into account with the page load time describing to just over a second. See live.
